I am rough today. M and my pal drank a whole bottle of vodka, 2 btls of wine and a few cans of lager between us last night. She didn't go home until the birds were singing!
And she challenged me to do a crab, as in the gymnastics thingy.....and stupidly I did one....and now my back is killing me 'cause I have pulled a muscle!DOH! |

3 cans of teh lagerz and i feel a bit ruff...im sooo happy with that!! 3 months ago that wouldn't have had any effect whatsoever, was drinking a bundle nearly every night (or it seemed that way), so cut it out totally for 3 weeks and now just weekends. i feel good. i knew that i would...
