That sounds even more mean having the camera poking out of a van and hiding it... and I've heard of someone getting done on the basis that the camera operator wrote down their plate - not even any physical evidence (would have thought that ought to be easy enough to challenge as not being 100% definite in a court, for a bike!).
The limehouse link is still pretty good; nice and fast with those 3 extra special "practice your E-stop" zones. Always a pleasure
