Bus lane excuses....

Only to the point where Brixton Road crosses Camberwell New Road.

This was north of that, heading south owards Kennington Park (just south of the Imperial War Museum).

that looks like a bus stop, the one which is a layby. I may well have gone through that too my only hope is that usually at that point I am switching to the other side of the stream of cars, trying to go down the side near the central reservation, cos then I'm a bit cheeky and go in the right hand lane to go round the roundabout and then sneak in to the tunnel...

Im the same, travel along the line, move into the left lane just before the curve as the car drivers are mare there, then move to the right at the roundabout and turn right towards greenwhich.

They've actually aided the problems in that area of traffic. Its stupid now.

Not complaining about the offence, just the fact i've got the pay the mofo..

I was thinking about the "a car pulled out" line, but the traffic flow is stopped in the picture. Only other thing to say is that a car was obstructing the traffic so like all motorcyclists (including police officers, or are they exempt from everything....) I filtered round and re-joined my lane.....

But i think they will tell me to get lost... But it may bide me some time?

What if someone threw something out a car window that was too small to be seen on the camera so you had to swerve out the way.

firstly, i believe that they can look at the film before and after the shot was taken, thus disproving your claim. secondly, a car obstructing the traffic isn't generally an excuse for moving into the bus lane (unless say it was broken down)

and thirdly, with bus lanes fines i think i'm right in saying that you get a discount if you pay early. if this is the case the personally i wouldn't risk having to pay double if you don't have a strong defence

Problem is Fizzy, this is dated the 18th of April...

I never noticed the camera until last week So im expecting more of them, hence tyring to get out of at least 1 of them.


Its a static camera, not a video one (like you get at traffic lights).
