mart, might be worth dropping Hall13uk and Samnooshka a PM, as both are current or ex Hein Gerricke Employees so should be able to give you an idea of what you're going to expect. The main thing to note is most HG stores (possibly all) work a 7 day week meaning your weekends are no longer guarenteed, or even likley depending on staff numbers at your store. Whether this bothers you or not is a personal consideration, but may be worth keeping in mind.

If going for an interview always make sure your rate of pay is discussed before accepting the job

I work, EVERY Saturday nad near enough EVERY Sunday , get two days off in the week.
Pay wise, well im 21, been with HG nearly a year, trainee assistant manager and im on 12k a year
Hours-Mon-fri 9am-6pm, sat 9-5pm, sun 10-4pm

what he said but i was trainee manager and i was on less money, which is less than minimum wage

Jesus. I was considering a change of career and fancied working in a bike related shop. Seeing the rates of pay though think I'll stick to what I know. No wonder our local HG has some 'numpties.
