Got my can yesterday, plan to fit it at the weekend . The instructions say you need to put some sealent between the link pipe and the can, what stuff do I need? (obviously not bathroom sealent before anyone says).

you can get stuff called hermetite exhaust assembly paste just smear it round the joins when putting together to stop it leaking gasses out

Ive just bought one of these today, should be here by friday and hopefully fitted at the weekend. Will post piccies and comments when I've done it.

Right fitted in about 15 minutes (pipe already cut) looks good, no issues with sticking out from the bike which I have read about the CCC one. Baffle comes bolted in so its very easy to remove or refit for plod
And it do and I say do sound the mutts nutts. On the overun it just sounds lovely with the growl and the popping. Its made me realise how tame the original zaust is. Piccies to come |
