yeah i should be there now need to decide whether to ride my bike to work in the mornin and then go direct to white bear from work, or cancel the meet at white bear and ride from home in york... the weather throughout the day looks turd so most likely il be riding from york. It's a bit late notice, but I dunno if I'm gonna make it tonight. It's a wee bit damp out there.

If it brightens up before 7 I'll come over, but it's lashing down here at the moment.

Roads are wet but the air is dry - if a bit threatening overhead.
I'll PM you my mobile number and take the maps anyway. Arranged to meet Paul the 6th to ride out together. If it tips down here I might duck as well!! (cluck cluck!!!)

it was more wet over in west yorks but the roads are sodden over this end

had a bump in my car today as well so I'm going to get p1ssd as a fart and clean my chain. Only a minor one but it's the small ones which seem to cost the most (first estimate looks to be about 400 quid). Feck it.

Hope everyone can make it next wednesday if the weather's good (I will definitely be there if the weathers ....

update, halway through writing the last sentence I've just realised I'm actually away on business next wednesday/thursday... FFS. might as well sell the sodding bike
