Had a great day, got both knees down too (not at the same time, thank god

).

Toes kept going down with the knee on the left side though, obviously a body position issue. Hmmm...

Lots of crashes, someone managed the dump oil all over Foggy's Esses so the second apex had to be coned off all day.

Craner is awsome but i couldn't help thinking of Toru Ukawa's lowside there every time I went through.

Hopefully see some of you guys at Cadwell if I can fit it around my shifts.

hey, just got back from a trackday at Cadwell myself - that circuit absolutely rocks!

would be up for doing it again except it's a blimin long way to get there from here and makes for quite a long day unless you stay over 2 nights...just ask my legs/wrists/back/and all the other achey bits!!

anyway, doesn't spending the day on track beat being in the office?!!
