Italian inspired with the flavours really. I got the idea off UKTV food and it was called Stracotto al Vino Rosso. I liked the look of it, but forgot what exactly went in it. I decided on my own way of doing it, found the original online, but prefer mine so that's what I've posted.

Tonight.....it's chorizo and black-eyed bean soup with tomatoes, celery, basil and stock.....it's yum but a complete using up the leftovers meal.....they're usually some of the best..lol

Im going to try this, Mr VT will be pleased, I think he loves being my food guinea-pig.
He makes theee most delicious Treacle sponge though, as I am carp at baking anything!
