no you have to add the seal. so its about £33 all in. word of warning, use the suzuki seal coz if you dont you run the risk of it not fitting right. but yes your paying about £170 for fitting and i would say in a proper workshop about 2hrs to do the job even less if they know what they are doing.

put it this way i can service a pair of forks in 1hr if no bolts give me any grief.

so what you're saying is, if I pop over with a few beers, snacks and the parts you'll have them changed within an hour and a half ?
