Thanks Mike been manic with work. Will bear with it this season and get a full service done at the end of the year as it will be due it's valve clearance check by then too.

Found that the issue was not throttle bodies and was in fact down to plug gap being too small. Rides like a different bike now can't wait to get out on some decent rides
