The problem with the bike wasnt as previously thought. The front cyclinder was gathering water from riding in the rain and shorting out the spark plug. After removing cleaning and drying the spark plug, it ran as it should.

I'm going on Land Rover experiance here, but on early deisal Landys the Crank Case breathers run into the air filter housing to reduce emissions. These can become blocked and cause crank case pressure to force the sump oil up the breather and into the air intake. Could this be a similar problem?
On deisal engines they start runnig on their own oil usualy till they go bang! |
