Idle Banter For non SV and non bike related chat (and the odd bit of humour - but if any post isn't suitable it'll get deleted real quick). There's also a "U" rating so please respect this. Newbies can also say "hello" here too. |

Re: Quick hello from a newbie!!
I don't know what you're implying Clive. We're all clean cut genitalmen, especially MarkH.
Last weekend we met someone from the Le Mans pit crew actually when we stopped at a pub on a rideout. He collared me and started talking bikes and told me my bike was his favourite. Ahhhh yeeeeeeeeeeeee. But then he said Le Mans was cancelled this year, and anyone planning to go to it should go to the AR instead. What are the chances?!

Re: Quick hello from a newbie!!
What a curious coincidence!? Haha! I better reorganise then.
You guys don't seem so bad, especially if you all ride Suzuki's!! (You do all ride Suzuki's right?).... I guess I should maybe reserve judgement until at least a few months nattering on here! So what kind of riders are you lot, road or track? |

Re: Quick hello from a newbie!!
** ALERT - ALERT ** Standby for a 50+ page thread Female rider looking for rideout buddies !! Hiya & welcome to The Org - resistance is futile by the way You're almost correct in your assumption - some Org-ans do ride Suzuki's, some even ride SV650's !! Most have at least owned an SV650 at some time or another but even if/when they move on to other bikes/forums something still keeps dragging them back here P.S. There will NEVER be a 'new' Joey Dunlop

Haha, your not fooling anyone, your signature says you still have an SV! They're amazing bikes though! And slightly jealous of the Street Triple, maybe one day! Last edited by hannah.s; 04-06-13 at 11:58 AM. |

There is every type of rider here. Loads of newbies, loads of oldbies who can't ride for shizzle, and loads of oldbies on big bikes doing track days. This community is gold. I no longer have an SV but I've never felt the need to move away from the ORG. Met so many good riding buddies, no eliteist attitudes, no corporate sponsorship so no restrictions, yet plenty of advice from experienced riders and mechanics alike. Plenty of useful threads and ridiculous clown threads too. What more could ya want?
