After reading the posts I'll never order anything from them - online or in person. M&P got a BA!!

Ordered a chain and sprocket kit off them, and asked for a specific combination, guess what they send the wrong one - it was £5 cheaper than busters but the post took ages even being on a 48 hour parcelforce. It was dispatched 48 hours ago so the bloody warehouse staff took 7 days to post my order. Disappointed.

Back to busters for me again...........

Used them once, got wrong size helmet and baglux I ordered took about 4 weeks with no explanation. Their "warehouse" is probably a spotty 16 year with an ebay account

There's an M&P shop in Coventry. I've used them for odds and ends from stock, but I have to say the standard of service leaves a lot to be desired. I'd bet a pound to a pinch that the staff get absolutely no training in customer relations.

I'd seen a particular item in their flea-bay shop, and as I was passing I called in to see if they had it in store.

"I'll look" says one, disappears out back,....... "no."

That was it, no "we can order one" or "they're due in any day" etc, just plain "no".

"Bye"

I've never liked them either. Are they anything to do with Busters? Similar website and stock?? Ordered from both of them and stuff has taken an age to arrive. Always used Demon Tweeks after. They may be a little more expensive but the service was always very good.

I popped in there last year, they had changed the name though to MPS or something similar although when I lived in the area it was definitely M&P.

I used the warehouse many moons ago (pre internet yes life did exist quite well before it) ordering by phone for an XS1100 zorst, wrong thing turned up and had hassle to take it back for a refund. Not bothered since.

Embee, are you the Embee who used to be with Mellors off the Stoney Stanton road way back when??

They're ok, usually do what they say. If you've ever been to the warehouse shop in Swansea they're helpful but there's a few arrogant knobs, proper stereotype shop ******s. They seem to be management and I've heard them talking to customers like ****, it might be something that runs through the organisation.
