One thing that makes me laugh is that all the pics of the "perpetrators" are taken from within moving vehicles by drivers who are obviously trying to negotiate roundabouts/roads while trying to focus on taking a picture!!
At least on the mobile phone you're generally looking ahead, as opposed to peering at a (albeit 2") LCD display!! |
