if you were off for a year at least 6 months, at least could be up 2 2 years or more so go inbetween lol, depends how fit u were and how hard you're willing to train.

That is going to come HARD
![]() I am still 'feeling' my injuries, so am physically impaired still, but trying to get back to running pace/duration is the hardest! ![]() I used to run 5 times a week, it’s been 3 months since my last injury and I can now only mange the one (due to pain), it is less intense too ... part injury, part fitness! Its demoralising! |
