 Hi all, I am based in Plymouth, but do move about a fair bit. I hope to pass my test in the next couple of weeks so I can take my new bike for a ride out. hello there new girl. Welcome to the madness. If you ignore most of the blathering and needless willy waving that goes on here you will be able to find a whole bunch of friendly and sometimes even usefull people on here! Enjoy your bike and revel in the fact that you have a superior pointy!

Er...
Pointy? Does this relate to the shape of the front end? The screen and so on?   My one is all silver and is gorgeous. It is second hand, but has only done 6000 miles. It has a carbon hugger and a rear end tidy thingy fitted by the previous owner, along with a tinted screen. I fell in love with it because it was so shiny and it fitted me like it was made for me. I can assure you that I am not called Phil though, although I guess it could be short for Philipa... By the way, I know about the posh bits because the nice man in the bike shop gave a bag full of "spare bits" which was a little unexpected. Any body need a black plastic thing that hangs off the back or a colourless screen? I don't have the space for these bits!
