Two ways of goign about it...depends on how much you want to spend/how good you want it look(arguably)
Option One--Using the 'Naked' Top yoke. *you need a clipons similar to the Helibar(might even find some off another make of bike that might work) as the work with the naked top yoke. *Headlight bracket will need changing to an after market one or you can 'cut and shut' you original one *Clutch cable *I changed the throttle cable as can be a bit of an **** to route so it works properly....I'm a bodge meister ![]() ![]() * Should be able to get away without changing choke cable as it doesn't do much Option two---using 'Faired' Top Yoke *OE bars not a problem *Headlight bracket still needs changing. Same as above----after market(which most look a bit cack lol) or a 'cut and shut' as above. *'Faired' Clutch cable *Throttle cables *use your 'naked' cltch cable as above ** Main issue with using the faired Top yoke is mounting clocks but I think a couple of people have done it on thesite so should be able to help with that. Think, that's about it. All IMO Cheers Ben

Try a PM to Zunkus. He's fairly regular in the site. I'm pretty sure he converted a naked SV into a Cafe racer, so he would have been down this route.

I just found the hard way that the top S model yoke is not interchangeable with the naked bottom yoke. Looks like the forks on the S are slightly further forward than on the naked.
