Phoned them up, they offered me the 1 year NCB discount as it was within 30 days of it coming up. Not only that, they did me a great deal, best by a mile, not only on price, but excellent features. Well happy, thanks for the tip about Express Muffles.
Express were top banana when I went with them......not the same scenario, but similar when I was doing my DAS.

I hadn't even got my licence and they gave me insurance 1 month early with a clause that stated I must pass within a month.... They said that if I didn't pass would have to pay a fee of £30 and the policy would be cancelled a new one done. If my test was cancelled, then they said I wouldn't have to pay a fee.

Happy to help! It's quite a useful feature I think, definitely helped me out last year. I'm renewing with them this year as they've done the best price again! Also - another tip - they let me to do changes to my bike for free IIRC - e.g. adding an exhaust (no power increase) etc. Other policies have charged me an admin fee (no premium change on any though).
