I've done a couple with a hand grinder (£15) and a rivet gun (£5). But the line's never been perfect, I'd far sooner use a drop saw or bandsaw. I wouldn't fancy my chances of getting a good cut with a hacksaw, personally.

It depends a bit on the material, titanium's hard to work with- it heat hardens, but also the can sleeves are thin so instead of just cutting it folds up- very hard to grind down if you need to make corrections. Overheating damages the finish too.

my boss brought an aprilia rsvr mille new shape with thin arrows that are about 6 inches short.... it's ****ing un-believably loud... i recon dangerously so..
