Oh no not the Kwak Ric, you could at least leave the crashing to the SV, Hope your not too badly hurt mate and you can salvage something from the bike.

hope you're not feeling too much pain, glad to hear of only fairly minor injuries to you. you didn't have anyone on the back too? a clear cut on the insurance? ie. totally their fault i hope?

Ouch, that doesn't look nice - what actually happened? The Skyline obviously has a frontal impact and the bike was hit from the side, I thought most/all of the roads joining the A406 were slip roads though (i.e. how do you get that angle of 'attack')? Hopefully you've got some more photos of the scene, or witnesses, just to make the claim easy...
