The RR7/8 has a damper... RR5/6 doesn't.. I had an RR3 and loved it. Miles better than my ZX6R I have now

Plus the RR7/8 damper is a fandagled electronic one, so it's light at low speeds and only comes into play at higher speeds.

Makes Sam's GSXR feel like it's got a flat front when moving at low speed (It doesn't I've checked twice now )

A side veiw if your interested?.....Had around £8000 of custom work(including lots of chrome & carbon fibre)/performance parts fitted to it.This was all done by the original owner(not me)who worked for a customising company....but now it's mine.

That's a cool looking bike! Do you think you might be able to find out where he got the gear indicator and the rev lights; as those mods would make the cbr a lot more appealing for me

The digital gear indicator is probably an "Acumen" one. Just google "Digital Gear Indicator" and you get 100's of results. About £60 to buy though!
