Might as well ask here: does the warranty cover the locks you supply with the chains too? I got a CISA lock with the Series III and the retaining pin has gone so the slider comes right out of the lock now. I've only had it for 6 months, which is pretty disappointing.

Also, you guys promised me a free Kriega tailpack because my order was double-delayed (once because the wrong chain size was plated and once because you ran out of locks) but you never sent me the tailpack, which is also pretty disappointing.

Yeap - I walked into that one. Anyone who purchases a lock chain combo from us and mentions the forum will get a free Kriega Tail pack, I am tempted to send you one just for your cheek

Yes, the CISA is guaranteed, so we will replace it. Give me a call and I can send you the new lock and the tail pack. Sometimes I do forget to do things, as I am only human. Sorry about the bag, I will rectify that as soon as you call

I bought a chain, another chain, a lock, an anchor but didn't mention 'forums.sv650.org' so didn't get a Kriega tail pack. Then again it might just have been enough additional weight to cripple our postman.
