the gymnastics are great probably my favourite part of the olympics, the dudes on the rings are amazing i dont think most people appreciate the strengh required to do what they do.

I know Rebecca Adlington, went to school with her lol
Also know the 3 canoe slalom paddlers who are competing today and tomorrow. Should defo be some medals from them.
