Re: tail tidy joy!
Is it still on Bridgestone 014's ? If so no they dont last long anyway they also go to the canvas quickly so keep an eye on them.

Re: tail tidy joy!
Best I ever had was 1800 miles out of a rear and it was f*cked by that point. But I've got a bit more power and torque than you have.
I never got on with them, I didnt like the lack of feel in the wet.

Re: tail tidy joy!
funny that, the bike had 1300 miles on when i got her and the tyres look nearly new still? dunno about the wet feel but they are deffo better than the pilot sport i had on the sv1000.

Re: tail tidy joy!
I have had R&G tail tidies on the SV, the R6 and now the 675. The SV one felt flimsy, cheap and came with a p!ss poor numberplate light + was a pain in the bum to fit. The R6 and 675 ones on the other hand are much sturdier, better made, easier to fit and either came with a good numberplate light or retained the stock light.
While being a fan of the majority of R&G products, I would check them out first. |
