Good day yesterday lots of red flags as usual. My first trackday in the wet so it was a bit of a learning experience. The surface conditions were different over the length of the track and were variable throughout the day so it was more tactical as opposed to a point and squirt approach. I got GPS logs of all my sessions so I might post the analysis sometime nextweek.

would have to disagree with you zombie - got there in time to do one session - which wasnt too bad except for the front end wobbling and bucking as i tipped in everywhere - did nt do it last time here and i havent changed a thing ....so its got to be me ! - then the rain fell - the track was proper saturated and when i saw one of the experts with wets high side at turn 1 on lap 2 of the restart, i decided to head home, only having the one bike n all....
i wondered thru the garages but couldnt spot yous.... |

The grip levels I got were FAR from confidence inspiring but the bike wasn't doing anything unpredictable so I was able to push it to a level I thought was safe. The biggest moment was coming was on the very last session of the day when the track would have been at its dryest coming out of the first turn of abbey chicane which is not the most throttle intensive part of the circuit.
The pit garages were a bit of a ghost town the last few sessions as everyone had the same idea. The air ambulance also made an appearance in the afternoon aswell. We could have sent a text message as to what garages we were in but I've been way to disorganised this week.

th ething is , there are so many gixers and ZX6s it makee spotting someone hard ...
only one 2onTrack van tho - garage 15 !
