Slowest speed ones cause the injury, high speed ones simply kill you.

yer lucky escape, but the car drivers are not nice at all, i had loads off cars move into my way while filtering this morning just to try and stop me getting past lol, still didnt work tho lol

Because from what he has described, he shouldnt have needed to take evasive action to get out of the way.....he should have seen it coming.....hence observations.

He probably did but a big lorry cant swerve out the way like a bike can and if they are loaded up they cant stop either......justice served to the idiot driver.
