Yes. If a problem appears right after you do something, then it's a 99% chance it's doing (whatever) that caused it.

thanks. My bike servicer assured my i'd run out of fuel. Which is not possible as the low fuel light had only been on for 4 miles and i run it to the petrol station after the fault was fixed.
