yes,total of 4 spacers and 2 bearings.

Thats completely right but Weecorey is swopping his wheels over for racing and probably using the pointy sprocket carrier and the pointy spacers. The conversion for the curvy rear wheel needs larger bearings and a spacer between them.

carriers are same for both bikes.even better reason to make spacers captive.

Every race bike should have captive spacers, it's not hard to do.

Saves the game of twister. I've even considered it on mine (which is a road bike), but decided that once every 5 months or so isn't worth the expense
