You should have specified that when you said that you had quorn in the house, otherwise people might think you were a communist or something...

Me too... I have no feeling in the top of my right thumb to prove it.

Using the handle of the (just steeled, razor sharp Sabatier) kitchen knife to push a piece of meat into the mincer was much easier than walking three feet to the plastic pusher-downer thing.

Even as I was doing it I was thinking 'I wonder what would happen if the knife handle got caught in the mincing screw'...

and tonight, trying to make small talk with the bouncer at the taxi rank - I was being properly nice sharing a joke which he'd started - basically, he ended up looking at me like i was a sex offender... I should just become a miserable **** like everyone else and not speak to anyone or try and make anyone happy

well... stood in the queue for a taxi, 2nd in line behind 2 women, the bouncer looks straight into my eyes and says "i f***ing love the women coppers"... So I said "steady away matey, there's ladies about" in a half joking/half serious stylee. The bouncer looked at me like I just called his mother a slag, and the 2 "ladies" in front of me started shouting "EYUP WHO THE F**KS LISTENING TO OUR CONVERSATION?!"

you know what bouncer and horrible "ladies"? get f***ed... mashed

Was digging down to lay a ramp up into my garage the other weekend knowing that I should be wearing gloves to pick the larger sones out with as there were lots of sharp flints about... 10 seconds later a slice of left index finger is hanging off and blood everywhere. Still finished the job though!
