just got home, RAC dude drilled out the lever and put a bolt through at roadside which was nice. he said there's 4 bike tech's in the london area and two where down the road from me, result.

he was pushing my back wheel with his front bumper, i had a lorry in front of me that there was no space to get round

depending on what happened when you approached his van and the witness' opinion i would report it to the police. As long as he cant pull the whole 'feeling in danger from you' thing, and the witness agrees he was the party in the wrong theres nothing to lose.

as above report it to the local police, that way he cant go to them and try and twist it in anyway.
