I didn't have much to do with Neil, but he didn't seem as approachable or as friendly as James. Maybe because he was under intense pressure, he eventually took the WSB title that year.

Others I know have always said Hodgson's a bit up himself and arrogant, but I can't comment having never experienced it myself.
