ok guys ive cleaned it up today and its come up a treat. However a bit problem. Ive noiced that 2 of the links re very stiff. Ive sprayed them with 3in1 and using a screwdriver managed to work one of them back to normal. However the other one only flexes upward (towards the swingarm) and not below.

Any ideas what to do?

Id keep it well lubed with engine oil and just use it.It should free off with regular use.

Give it a clean with WD, then oil. Wiggling may help.

found that for things that are seized solid and/or minging gunk works wonders-leave it on for ten mins then wipe off, then go over chain with wd40 leave for a while, clean then lube as normal.

Managed to give it a wiggle last night and all is well. Got more lube on it and ive managed to use a full can of wurth now in the space i would have used about 1/3 of the castrol stuff. Its a lot thinner. Think ill be saving for a scottoiler. Anyone know of any sales at the mo. and ebay is a nogo as its now blocked at work
