Did you get a receipt or can you remember which hall they were in? The NEC Bike show people were actually very helpful and had a look at all the pictures they had but couldn't see anyone selling them. If I can give them some more info they said they'd have another look.
As for fitting yours, might be worth testing them first before you spend all afternoon fiddiling about with them only to find they also don't work! |

Not going to be fitting them now as I have not had a problem with the gloves I have and they have been more than warm enough. As for receipt etc, sorry can't help, paid cash and obviously didn't keep it.
