my free front paddock stand - well almost free !

I would assume 12 months, i pay quarterly, just over a tenner. At the end of the day if you cancelled after 6 months i doubt there'd be too much of an issue.

I subscibed to Ride mag a month ago to get a free set of winter gloves. Wont be great (Tech 7 Sonics I think) but for nowt they'll do as a spare, especially asI buy the mag anyway. Havnt arrived yet though.

Dam you people, i now have a subscription to Ride and Bike magazine with a free pair of gloves and a paddock stand on its way!

Got the mag though, had a chat to customer services, she said give it another 10 days.

Yes did the same too. My gloves aren't here yet neither and i joined way back on the 04/01/09. Emailed the people at My Favourite Magazine and apparently Ride are still waiting on the product to be sent to them before they can ship them out to unhappy customers whom are still waiting. Time we get them, winter will be over and i'll need to buy summer gloves lol.

I just cancelled and got my old man to subscribe instead so i get the stand.
I's subscribed about 14 months ago and got a tailpack then, which arrived about a month later, so i wouldnt worry about not getting the 'gift'

I've emailed about my gloves and this is the response I got:

"Thank you for your recent email.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused in receiving your subscription gift.

Unfortunately the stock has been delayed and we are still awaiting further deliveries. We do hope to despatch the gift within the next 28 working days.

I would like to assure you that this is not the normal service we wish to portray and that this delay is totally out of our control. However we do understand the unnecessary inconvenience that this is causing our subscribers and hope to rectify it as soon as possible.

I am truly sorry for the frustration this has caused but do hope that you are enjoying the magazine."


Not overly please but what can you do?

Hmmm, bit annoying but like you say what can you do, my summer gloves are doing me fine at the moment, so doubt ill need these when they finally turn up! Do want that stand ASAP though.
