Honda VFR 400?
Seat, Rear fairing and white wheels looks similiar.
But chain on the right hand side confuses me

But the chain switched sides with exhaust, makes me think a older style Aprillia, they have that set up on their current small capacity bike..
Still not sure..

Well yes and no, the engine was donated as an engineering project sometime ago, the rest is in parts in my shed, yes it was a two stroke motor, guess it could be rebuilt, but not really of any interest to me.
