That's stupid and incorrect as the question states that the queen is supposed to be to the right of the spade. The card cannot be to the right of itself.

The queen is to the right of the Spade on the playing card, but there's still not enough information given to determine the suit of the other cards, and the statement about the six being opposite the ace cannot be true.
