BBadger and Hob - you may have just answered my dilema! Test rode an 09 on Sunday but was offered a late 08 brand spanking for 5995 OTR. But thought I would ask as it seemed to easy a dilema to solve!
Keep 'em coming - the wifes eaves dropping so anything to bolster the case for a new machine would be good! nb650 |

6k will get you one of these and money to spare
GSXR-750 K4/K5 ![]() Or one of these Ducati 749S ![]() Both huge fun, but in very different ways...

Fizz - love the V twin engine but cant push myself to an 848 as it would be 3500 (new) or 2000 (used) more. The wife has argued it up to get what you want otherwise you will change it next year anyway but I'm not sure that the 848 will ride or perform any better than the 675 for all that money.
By the way everyone I'm not made of money just have a bad habit of spending it! nb650 |

Personally I would get a big track worthy sports bike. Save the rest for trackdays and spares. That's me.
You, well surely your not gonna let other people decide for you? The idea of a bike for you, is for what you want. |
