One or two of those lucozade isotonic drinks, a banana, 2 pints of water, maybe a marsbar and then when you're ready, a big meal like roast beef & veg with Yorkshire puddings or toad in the hole
 usually sorts me out. Oh and get some fresh air in your room open the windows! Stick a good film on too, Shaun of the dead or something

Get up early...
Drink in excess of four pints of water. Have the greasiest food you can find, and eat lots of bread, butteries, pancakes ect. Irn Bru from a glass bottle helps, the way its supposed to be packaged

Option 1: sleep, fluids, paracetemol & a dvd on in the background (probably Zulu or the Man Who Would be King)
Option 2: a great big greasy fry up and paracetemol. |
