Two possible routes from here...

1) Fit an external battery cut-off, engine fire extinguisher and catch pots
2) Uprate the brakes (braided hoses, ventilated disks, decent pads)
3) Remove spare seat and unnecessary navigator
4) Get a race license
5) Have fun

Alternatively.....

1) Fit tinted windows all round
2) Fit neons underneath
3) Fit an exhaust that sounds like an elephant farting
4) Race the other chavs round the one-way system on friday night
5) Wrap it around a tree while trying to overtake a Volvo T5

Not bad for a corsa. Can it keep up with an sv?
See if it breaks down and it needs towed, where would I attach the tow rope?

I have the battery box for the boot now and fitting the battery in the boot this weekend hopefully with a kill switch.
2) Uprate the brakes (braided hoses, ventilated disks, decent pads)
I have braided hoses Goodrich, ventilated disks (Cavalier Gsi brakes)
3) Remove spare seat and unnecessary navigator
Passenger seat is to let my gf come out with me on the track.
4) Get a race license
Applying to the MSA for my race license so i can maybe compete in hill climbs this year
5) Have fun
Ooooooooooh i doooooooo

Track day plan..

i) let her sit in the seat for the first session 'cos if she gets in the spare seat you'll spoil the whole day. If you get sick - that's just tough!!

ii) encourage her to go out on her own. Driving together just causes arguments, especially when one partner always thinks they know best!!

iii) watch out, she might be smoother than you and that means better lap times!!

iv) buy her a race license class for her birthday

P.S. Watch out for those stone walls on the hill climbs - as one of my mates said, "you hit the wall, and it doesn't even bother to shrug".

Looks like a nicely executed job - but I had my head in my hands at the badboy bonnet! Shame on you!

Still I bet its great fun on the track with 160hp

164 bhp haha. Yeah i know about the bonnet, my old bonnet was a bist rusty and this one was done for my ex gf's corsa which she crashed half way through the bonnet being done, cost me rather a lot of money to do it for her so decided to have it finished and used on my car so not really my taste but was handy at the time, i'm thinking a carbon fibre one just now once i have some cash
