I know what does it for me..............it's the old 'going out on the bike' excitement!

I'm the same..... when I know I'm going out for a good 300+ mile ride I always wake up clock watching, can never sleep

I have to get up at 6 of a morning to go to work on the bus. If I cycle I can leave at 8. I struggle to get up either times, however, if I have a day off for a lie in, ie weekend I either get up at 8 orrrr have something to do. Most of the time when I went on rideouts, I would get up 3 hours early so I wasn't late for wherever I had to be, do a check on the bike and go and get some brekkie. I think at AR07, me and Baph were a bit keen for brekkie on the Saturday lol.
