BMF is these guys, they hold two shows a year, the main one was a couple of weeks ago now, but the "tail end show" (look under BMF Events) is in sept, great place to get some cracking deals.

Cheers Mark.

Can't stress how important it is to find one that fits you, rather than looking at price or makes. Yes, Arai and Shoei are good makes, but they're worth diddly squat if they don't fit! Get yourself to a bike shop, try lots on and try and keep them on for as long as possible. I found an AGV for £180 (tried in shop, bought on t'internet) that fit, popped it on and off, was happy..

Only now I realise that wearing it at high-speeds can give me a headache as it lifts and puts pressure on my forehead. Popped back to HG for a look and an Arai Chaser felt like it was made for my head but had a £370 price tag. How long away is Christmas?!

Hi mate, don't know what size / shape your head is but there's some bargains here;

http://viewer.zmags.co.uk/showmag.ph...&_x=1#/page10/

Helmets start on Page 4 and you can scroll through

If you see one you like, best to try it on in a shop then order from here, unless you can get that shop to match the price

Get down your local bike shop and try some lids on ( If you havent already ) then go back to the web and look for a cheap price on what you want.

Dont buy online until you are absoloutly certain what size lid you need, and dont think that all the manufacturers sizes are the same because they are not.

Try before you buy...

The magazine is attached to www.gearchangeonline.com so have a look there under their 'offers' section. Very good site, I got my Arai ViperGT from there for £279 a couple of years ago but the prices have gone up a bit since. Still very good compared to most places though

Caberg V2R is good for £110 and 5 star SHARP rating, with internal sun visor too. Fits lovely but is very noisy.
