Imitation - the sincerest form of flattery.

Anyway, we can disagree all we like, there's a right way and a wrong way to write and use the language, that fact isn't changed by your or my feelings on the subject.

What you choose to do with the electrons flowing from your computer is your business - I'd like to see the nation's abilities improved, (including our little bit of it right here in SV650.org-land), hence my, hopefully, humourous attempt to point the Org's thoughts in that direction.

Correct me if I'm wrong - I'm sure I am - but you seem resistant to this.

And I think Sid Squid is intelligent, more than most people on this forum.
As a punctuation pedant I agree fully with what Sid Squid is trying to say.

I read the org because the standard of English is far better than that found on forums like Gixerjunkies - where they find it hard to string more than three words together to make a sentence, then can't spell two of those words correctly.

My written English isn't perfect, but I make an effort to ensure my posts are at least marginally readable by the most dimwitted of posters.

Please, can everyone just make an extra effort to use decent punctuation, it's the stuff we were taught in primary school and there's no excuse for not bothering now we're adults.

Not imitation, correction

Ooooooh you were joking!!!! I didn't get that. You should have put a lol face or somthing

I thought you were being serious and genuinely annoyed about people not typing in perfect english. Yeh I was being resistant, not because I felt strongly about the subject, but because I thought you did. I was just stirring, didn't mean anything serious

But, on a more serious note...........

...

EDIT: It'd be nice if a moderator is going to change a post so much that the point is completely lost they added their name and a reason why at the bottom, or even a fu*king "edited" note so it doesn't look completely meaningless would be great............................................. .................................................. ..............................................

Let me think on that for a moment.

No, I don't think so.

Thank you for the spelling lesson, that you missed the attempt at humour there and in the original post tells me far more than the words you wrote. Similarly your barbed comments do nothing but weaken your position - why you want this I can't understand, but please do continue - whatever you wish to write as your retort will clearly be judged the last word as I shall not reply*.

Thus in some small way you will be the winner, congratulations.

*That's a dilemma ain't** it.
** Did you see what I did there? that must be worthy of comment surely.
