just write to dave, i've herd that's what he likes to be called or walk up to the houses of parliament give him a friendly dig in the arm and say "alright dave you old slag hows ya farther"
this will work if im lead to believe things, he is a stand up working class bloke who is down with the homeboys

MPs receive a ton of post, and he will get more as he is a party leader. Anything you send him will be opened / read / responded to by a secretary unless what you have to say if particularly relevant to something he is working on, or particularly different enough to attract more attention.
If it's to do with a local issue then you may well stand a better chance of a personal response if it's sent to his constituency office?? possibly?? Best palce to look for contact details will be the conservative party website
