You can read what is written?
Mod is simple, just chop some plastic from front of battery tray and space battery upward. It is easy mod. Then GSXR1000K5 shock fits straight in. Where is central UK for you? Near Yorkshire, or you mean Midlands?

For GSXR1000K5 you need to remove one of the foam bump pads on the bottom of the seat IIRC.

I wouldn't bother, the amount of material which needs cutting out isn't going to let much if any water in.
I have been running similar mod on curvy for best part of 30k miles and no problems there.

Dunno where you are mate but I just read about these fellas in suffolk who offer a ride in service and will set you up exactly for what you need:
http://www.mctsuspension.com/setup.htm I dont think the cost is too astronomical either. Anybody used these before? |
