Try turn bars to other side so banjos on MC are pointing down, you get a big bubble in there.

success.
got back 2day from work, tried bleeding from the banjo's at the m/c and the caliper now works perfectly. so thanks for that svdemon. turns out i've just been an impatient idiot and had a bubble in there somewhere.

thanks to the lot of you for the advice. cant believe how quick everyone was to reply. bloody love this site.

i'm sure it not going to be last problem tho, still got a rear caliper to replace. all good fun tho!

was just about to say you havent got enought pressure, i had the same problem yestrday and just kept bleeding the brakes and had s**t loads of are init now there are all good i still think there is some air in there but have to wait and see
