My ZZR used to do it at above 50 mph (only noticeable with no hands). new front tyre sorted it, so it could have been wear or balancing.

I had this with the SV, never got it sorted (crashed it!) but as no-one else has mentioned it, I reckon its wheel balancing. Lift the front wheel and just check to see if the wheel spins straight also, it might be slightly out.
