GG, go to your mailbox. Select the ones you want to keep. At the bottom of the page you get a drop down menu giving you options such as "move to folder" "delete" etc. Select the one that appeals most, either CSV or Text and export them out.
I;d double check its all worked before you go ahead and delete them tho
