I really like cooking for vegetarians as it makes me go out of my comfort zone and I have to do recipe cards for the local greengrocer and butchers after christmas, so would be good to have some veggie recipes for the greengrocer!

Got a Copas turkey for this year and they are lovely as they mature naturally and have a fair bit of fat of them...fat means flavour!!!

This Sunday, 11 for Christmas Dinner and we're all having our own roast Partridges!
