1. Drink less, eat a little less and lose about half a stone.
2. Get fitter by cycling more and complete the Dragon Ride in June 3. Be more tolerant of others' stupidity 4. Get to at least four College Youths practices in London during the year 5. Live a little

For 2010 - I would like to be more positive and look on the brighter side, try and relax more and enjoy life. This year has shown me that life is short and can be taken away from you at any moment.
Make more of an effort to make Phil happy and spend more time with my nephew... oh and eat healthier yada yada yada! |
