I won it, and I'm actually pretty pleased I did. I've been after one for ages, and was looking to spend between 250 and 400 quid for a good condition used one.
As there is no Mrs Lozzo I can spend my hard earned on what the hell I like, so I didn't retract my bid and carried on. I've bought perfectly good motorcycles for less money, in fact my FS1E when I was a lad was nearly half that price when it was new, my sister paid £250 for it from Coburn and Hughes. I can afford it, and I like to have the very best when it comes to tools and toolboxes. Some people spend 80 quid on a pair of designer jeans, I spend my money on good quality workshop equipment that earns me money to buy more good quality stuff - I don't see a problem. |
