I'm sorry that I doubted you. Enjoy your £410 tool chest and conversation with Mrs Lozzo.

Its the 'apple' brand effect, people see 'snap on' and go mad, its a metal box for godsake! they will keep trying justify though lol.

You can retract any bid you make, just enter the item number on the bid retraction form with reason and its instantly retracted.

Just sell it on, plenty of other plonkers willing to buy it

I won it, and I'm actually pretty pleased I did. I've been after one for ages, and was looking to spend between 250 and 400 quid for a good condition used one.

As there is no Mrs Lozzo I can spend my hard earned on what the hell I like, so I didn't retract my bid and carried on. I've bought perfectly good motorcycles for less money, in fact my FS1E when I was a lad was nearly half that price when it was new, my sister paid £250 for it from Coburn and Hughes.

I can afford it, and I like to have the very best when it comes to tools and toolboxes. Some people spend 80 quid on a pair of designer jeans, I spend my money on good quality workshop equipment that earns me money to buy more good quality stuff - I don't see a problem.

You don't need to justify it to us...
